Please help the Friends of Kamalani clear away a large amount of marine debris that was washed up on the beach at Lydgate Park's swimming ponds following the 2019 Christmas day rains.

Snacks & lunch will be served.

Here are three ways you can kokua with this easy beach cleanup:

• lend a hand with the Beach Cleanup Team at the swimming ponds, 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM this Saturday, Jan. 11, meet near the Lifeguard Tower;
• if you're at the beach before Saturday, please take a bag and pick out the plastic bits from the debris line; and
• share this call for volunteers on your social media channels.

The County is kindly providing us with a roll-off for the green waste.
